As you know, the weather forecast for tonight (November 9) and into the morning is very unpredictable. I have been in communication with our neighboring districts, as well as public works, about this storm and our plans for school tomorrow. At this time, it is our decision to be IN SESSION tomorrow.
This particular weather pattern is very unpredictable with much of the forecast for lake effect snowfall. I will continue to monitor through the night and will reach out to you by 6:00 am if our plans change.
Because we had not been anticipating an eLearning day, IF we cancel (unlikely), we would use a traditional snow day. Please assume we are OPEN unless you hear an explicit message from me indicating schools are closed.
If for any reason you feel that getting your child to/from school would create an unsafe situation for you and your family, please contact your school with the absence.
