hello today I'm going to show you how you can make a recording in the end Essential Elements interactive website first you go to clever or wherever you have your desktop stored to Garnet you would want to make a recording to send me your karate belt song or maybe report of respond assignments and I might give do you cook on students you fill in your username selling your password to sign in and when you make a recording it's just like playing with the background track only you click the red record button so start by clicking on the microphone run over here at the top right and then looking on the left hand side view song list pick out a song you want to record I think I like to record old MacDonald had a farm I'm going to play my violin what instrument you are although it doesn't matter you can play along with any of the instrument background tracks and then I decide what accompaniment I want to have it play in the background so I'm going to pick piano today and you see this red button up here that's what you push to record simple as that so you get all set up and ready to go find first note you push the record it counts you off like like it always does for when we play together that suit but when I'm done with the song I push the button and it's a bit at the bottom and that was my first take and you know what else I didn't have my bow tie tonight so I'm going to try it again you can try it again in practice through it as many times as you want so here's here's my second take when you get ready to push the record button now my bow is Titan fix it for my best bowl hold set ready go tanning salon in Sioux Falls for the rest of the song when you're done push the record button again sounded better with my bow tie play through as many times as you want and down here at the bottom it says save take two or you can say take one I think I think I'll save take two you can listen if you push it on okay let's compare that to this First Take yeah I like to take to best all right so I'm going to go over save take two and you can see that it's saving to the file takes a little little time to do that so after it saves to the file there's a place that you click submit so that I could see go on to my Essential Elements account find your recording listen to it in greatest so it's pretty amazing things on the left hand side over here you click on Saved recordings and all the recordings that you've made show up there the one that I just did for you right now is I think this bottom one yep cuz I see the other ones are recordings I did 4C which is my comments you can click on that and you can write comments to me you can stay can you help me count the last measure whatever you want kind of, you might want to say to me save your your comment so you're and then where it says submit see on this hovering my cursor around word submit click on submitting it's done all right so then I would I would appreciate it if you send me an email or a notification in Google Classroom mrs. Fernandez I made a recording I'd like you listen to it just in case I don't notice it when I go on my account let me know I'll take a listen and I'll grade it and for our karate belts during this time of quarantine if you do well and I can sign you off on your recording you can take a picture of your worksheet part scan it in take a picture of it send it to me through Google classroom or through your parents email for me to grade and once you've earned your belt I'll drop it in the mail for you if we're still in quarantine or we're back in school and hand it to you in class all right that's all there is to it thank you have a great day bye bye
